Urban Poling Classes
Urban Poling or “Nordic Walking” is one of the fastest growing exercise trends in North America. It turns your everyday walk into a full body workout. By using a technique similar to cross country skiing you can almost double your caloric expenditure. Europeans have been reaping the rewards of Poling for 20 years.

New participants must fill out the Par-Q & You and the Participant Agreement forms. New Clients simply show up 15 minutes before their first class to receive introduction and training to Urban Poling.
