Personal Training and Rates
Fitness and Sport Academy offers three distinctive types of Training; In-Home Training, On-Line Training and Sport Conditioning. Each type of Training as it’s own unique benefits, depending on your fitness goals.
In-Home Training
In-Home Training provides people with health club quality exercises at a reduced cost, in the comfort of their home. You don’t need a lot of space to achieve your goals.
One on One Training:

Program durations will vary depending on Client needs. Rates include one session per week as well as ongoing nutritional evaluation. Rates may also vary pending travel and availability.
Online Training
On-Line Training is a unique way of getting exercise programs at a lower cost. Clients are provided with extensive programs that cover a Warm-up, Cardiovascular and Resistance program. I decided long ago that my On-Line Training starts with an e-mail. With no generic forms to fill out you know that you are being treated as an individual. Clients often worry if their getting the same fitness program everyone else is. Through e-mail I gather information about your current fitness level and what your goals are. We will also do a fitness assessment. I find out what Cardiovascular exercises you like and what kind of exercise equipment you have available.
The Level 1 Membership is a training program for Clients who are just starting to workout or are getting back into working out. You receive a comprehensive Cardiovascular and Resistance program; as well you receive a monthly adjustment and have continuous support. Rate is $30.00/month.
The Level 2 Membership is a customized training program, which includes intermediate exercises. There will two monthly adjustments to your resistance training. The Level 2 Membership is for Clients who workout three or more times per week. Programs are developed pending your specific needs. Rate is $55.00/month.
The Level 3 Membership provides an advanced training program. Clients will receive weekly updates to their resistance program. The Level 3 Membership is designed for my Clients who are at the advanced fitness level. The Level 3 Membership is ideal for Clients with very specific fitness goals. Rate is $85.00/month.
On-Line Sport Conditioning
If you have a sport-specific goal this program is for you. Sport programs vary in length. Athletes may need a pre tryout tune-up or extensive off-season Training. Regardless of the sport you play I will put together a Sport Conditioning program exclusive to your needs. I will improve your balance, agility and your overall explosiveness. You will receive updates throughout as well as ongoing support.
