Sport Conditioning and Rates

Over the past 8 years I have worked with teams and individual athletes. With a combination of strength, balance and plyometric exercises I push athletes to their limits. The world of professional and amateur sport is extremely competitive. This means to get noticed, today’s athlete must become stronger and faster. Athletes need an edge on the competition.

Fitness and Sport Academy involves three major components in it’s training. They are Balance, Agility and Explosiveness. These components are developed using a combination of Cardiovascular, Resistance W/Balance and Plyometric Training.

When an athlete becomes stronger in these three main areas they inherit stamina, faster reaction times, speed and more. Athletes will also gain the confidence to handle any situation the game may deliver.

Why Athletes Benefit

What sets my athletic training apart is my use of the elements. Most of an athletes training happens outdoors. Regardless of the conditions they are expected to perform at their highest level. Outdoor training is an excellent way to install physical and mental fatigued. When an athlete becomes physically tired they automatically become mentally tired and then they make mistakes. With my training they will learn how to build mental and physical toughness. This will lead to less mistakes come game time and will give them that edge on the competition.
